Install & create an account
Download PetCom Business. Choose the company owner option, create your account and complete email verification when prompted.
Create your company
Set up your company, open its workspace and add your services and client records. Your eligible new company account receives a 30-day trial.
Add staff access
Use Company & staff to set up your team and assign permissions. Give each person their own staff username and temporary password, or use the invitation flow provided.
Signing in as staff?
Use the company workspace’s Staff sign-in with the username and temporary password supplied by your manager. Change the temporary password when prompted. Staff can choose an eight-hour shift or sign out manually. Company owner sign-in has no eight-hour shift selector.

Licence pricing and renewal are agreed directly with Leobella. There are no automatic charges. Creating another company does not restart an existing account’s trial.
Already using PetCom Business? Keep the same company account. The app includes an update prompt and a separate update check in Settings.

Before you begin.
Is this the customer PetCom app?
This is PetCom Business, the workspace for pet care providers and their staff. Customers use the separate PetCom app and can receive supported updates after their pet is paired with your business.
What happens after the trial?
An active company licence is required for licensed cloud features. Contact office@leobellatechnologies.com to agree the price and term. Licences are arranged and renewed manually, with no automatic charges. Expiry does not delete your company records; cloud access and new care delivery are restricted until an active licence is in place.
Can my staff use my owner account?
Give staff individual access instead. Company owners and authorised administrators manage the company. Staff use their own sign-in and assigned permissions, and can end their own shift.
Will Windows and mobile show the same records?
Sign in to the same cloud company and branch on both devices. Authorised records synchronise while connected to the internet. A local sample workspace is separate from your cloud company.
Where can I get help?
Email office@leobellatechnologies.com with your app version and a description of the problem. Keep passwords and private customer details out of screenshots.
