FoodFlow privacy notice
Last updated 14 October 2026. FoodFlow is a local Windows food-operations app supplied by Leobella Technologies Ltd, United Kingdom. It operates offline without an account or FoodFlow cloud service. Businesses worldwide should still assess their own handling of any personal information they choose to enter.
Data you enter
The app stores products, recipes, ingredient and selling prices, locations, service sessions, daily sales, waste, preparation plans and optional notes. These are usually business records, but free-text notes, imported CSV files or location names may include staff or customer details if you enter them. Avoid entering personal information that the app does not need. Demo records are stored separately from business records.
Local processing and offline AI
Operational data is normally saved under the Windows account's local FoodFlow Business folder. The bundled Qwen3:8b/Ollama model analyses selected sales and preparation records through a process bound to the same PC when requested. It has no cloud fallback, automatic download or web search. Leobella does not routinely receive the business workspace or AI prompts/reports. The app needs no online sign-in. Business data is not sold or used for advertising.
Backups, exports and retention
FoodFlow keeps the previous local save as a backup when saving. Operators can export full XML backups, sales CSVs and print or save plans as PDFs. Those files are separate copies; the business controls where they go and who may access them. The business decides its retention period and must remove local files and exported copies when no longer needed. A transfer or upload made by a user through another service is outside FoodFlow's offline processing.
Rights and contact
The business operating FoodFlow controls any personal information it puts into notes or exports and should provide its own notice and handle access, correction, deletion or complaint requests under applicable local law. For questions or privacy complaints about Leobella's app, email office@leobellatechnologies.com. We will acknowledge a complaint made to us within 30 days and explain our response. You may also contact your local regulator. No FoodFlow cloud account exists to delete; to delete locally stored records, the business should use its Windows data and backup controls.
