Privacy rights by region
Updated 14 October 2026. Leobella Technologies Ltd offers products internationally. The privacy notice for each product explains what that product actually processes. Rights depend on your location, the organisation using the product, and whether Leobella or that organisation controls a particular record. We will route a request to the responsible organisation where needed. Email office@leobellatechnologies.com with the app name and enough information to locate your record; do not email passwords or private report contents.
United Kingdom and European Economic Area
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and to complain to the ICO or your local supervisory authority. Some rights depend on the processing ground and exceptions. A workplace using Relay or Shiftline must identify its own legal grounds and, where sensitive employment information is involved, an additional condition. UK data-protection complaints to an organisation must have a clear route, be acknowledged within 30 days and be investigated appropriately. California and other US states
If a state privacy law applies to the business and to your information, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion or a copy and exercise rights concerning sale, sharing or sensitive information. Leobella's four business apps do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. State-law coverage and exceptions, including employment-data rules, vary. See the California Privacy Protection Agency rules. We do not treat a request from another state as automatically ineligible; we will assess it under the applicable law.
Brazil, Canada and Australia
Brazil's LGPD includes rights to information, confirmation, access, correction and, in certain circumstances, deletion, blocking or portability. Canadian privacy law includes openness, access, correction and complaint routes, with provincial rules varying. Australia's Privacy Principles include clear privacy information, access/correction and rules about overseas disclosure. See the Brazilian ANPD, Canadian privacy commissioner and Australian OAIC.
India and other locations
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and 2025 Rules have staged commencement dates. We assess the provisions that are in force at the time a product is offered there. Other countries and subnational regions have their own privacy, employment and transfer requirements. Contact us to exercise an applicable right or raise a complaint; we will verify identity and explain any lawful limits. A product notice alone does not replace a customer's local employee notice, retention schedule or required transfer arrangement.
