Email office@leobellatechnologies.com with your organisation, username or registered administrator email, and a safe way to reply. Do not send passwords or full pet medical histories. We verify your identity and work with the organisation where it controls the record. Account access can be removed separately from care history; we explain records that must be retained for care, security, legal duties or other people's rights. Exported backups and system-gallery copies require separate deletion by their holders.
